At Perfume in Pakistan, we are committed to providing authentic fragrances and a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Advance Payment Policy

An 80% advance payment is mandatory for all orders. Orders will only be processed once the advance payment has been received and verified.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped.

3. No Exchange Policy

All perfumes are delivered in sealed condition. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Personal fragrance preference

• Dislike of fragrance notes

• Incorrect fragrance selection by the customer

• Any other reason not caused by our error

4. Research Before Ordering

Fragrance preferences are highly personal. We strongly recommend that customers research fragrance notes, accords, performance, and reviews before placing an order.

Please review perfume details on trusted fragrance websites and sources before purchasing. By placing an order, you confirm that you have selected the fragrance based on your own preference and research.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the order cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Exception for Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a product different from the one you ordered due to our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

7. Free Surprise Gift

Customers who make 100% advance payment will receive a complimentary surprise gift with their order, subject to availability.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Perfume in Pakistan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
