Welcome to Perfume in Pakistan. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Account Terms

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases through our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe a customer has violated these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

An 80% advance payment is mandatory for all orders unless otherwise stated. Orders will only be processed after payment verification.

Customers who choose to make 100% advance payment may be eligible for promotional benefits, including complimentary surprise gifts, subject to availability.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and fragrance information. However, actual product packaging, batch variations, or manufacturer updates may differ slightly from website images.

Fragrance preferences are subjective. Customers are advised to research perfume notes, accords, and reviews before placing an order.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of our policies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, an appropriate resolution will be communicated to the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Perfume in Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once an order has been dispatched.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal fragrance preferences

  • Dislike of perfume notes

  • Incorrect fragrance selection by the customer

In the rare event that a customer receives a product different from the one ordered due to our error, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence for review.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To violate any local, national, or international laws

  • To transmit malicious software or harmful code

  • To interfere with the security or functionality of the website

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Perfume in Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Customers acknowledge that fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and personal scent perception may vary from person to person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Perfume in Pakistan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
